The Junior Purple Society (Sequoya Chapter) put together and executed an incredibly generous event for children fighting cancer! The Sequoya Chapter held their own fundraiser, voted on what to do with the money they raised and put the decision into action!! These kids are mind blowing!!! The Junior Purps gathered at Fashion Square Mall in Scottsdale and made an enormous amount of Purple Society bears to deliver to the kids in the hospital!! It brought tears to our eyes to see all the kids making bears for other children, and get this…THEY NAMED ALL THE BEARS NITALIA!!!! A special Thank You goes out to our Purple Partners Build-A-Bear! They really made the event fun for the kids! We held aside some of the Purple Bears for the kids that will be attending our Purple iPic Premiere for Disney’s BRAVE! The bears will be an addition to the crazy cool swag bags that the kids get at the show!!!
