Foods has a major influence on human life. Without foods we will not survive in this world. But foods also can make people become ill and can be a source of disease in humans. Food is also one of the triggers of cancer growth in our body. Nowadays food we eat has contain many substances harmful to the body and therefore can lead to various diseases and can also cause cancer and can even accelerate the growth of cancer cells in our body.

Fast foods contains many substances or chemicals that are not healthy and dangerous for our body metabolism. Fast food also called junk food contains chemicals or food preservatives that may damage the cells of our bodies can even lead to cancer in the body. We are also like to consume acidic foods such as meat, milk, eggs, cheese, chocolate, oils, fried foods, sea food that also very unhealthy and will be very influential to the incidence of cancer and stimulates the growth of existing cancer in our body.

So, we must immediately change the way we eat by leaving acidic food and change it with alkaline foods such as vegetables, fruits, fiber-rich foods, algae, chlorophyll, where the food is very healthy for the body and can kill cancer cells in the body. We also have to leave the habit of drinking beverages that contain soda, such as soft drinks, liquor, tea, coffee, and replace it with a lot of drinking water everyday.

In addition we also have to avoid stress, avoid smoking and excessive physical activity. Enjoy life, more relaxed and happy also will make our body stronger to fight various diseases and will be able to increase body resistance against cancer.
